Free Shipping on All Orders

Trylumine offers free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order value required.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Trylumine is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support.trylumine@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

If an error in the shipping address was made on our part, we will fully take responsibility and reship your order at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and any secure drop-off locations first. If your package is still missing, contact us at support.trylumine@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, Trylumine is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
